You have just gone through the first lesson of the Workroom Pricing and Quoting Toolkit Course.

There are many more lessons that take you through the time study process and cost of goods sold calculations, so you can price your products and services with confidence that you will be profitable.

Once you have established your pricing, a future lesson takes you through the calculation system for each product sold for a job. The Workroom Pricing and Quoting System is a 17-page Canva Sheets document that calculates, after you input some metrics for that product, the yards required for fabric and trim, the cost to you, the price to charge your client, and the workroom specifications needed to fabricate that item.

I developed this system for my own business after decades of having this information scattered across different files and documents and wasting so much time rechecking and recalculating it.

After trying everything on the market, from QuickBooks to industry-specific quoting programs, I created my own fully customizable system in Canva. I also wanted to reduce my monthly subscription costs across multiple applications.

The course has a one-time $150 fee. It will not be fully available until October of 2026.
